Each entry says in plain words what the term means and links the page that defines it, where the term’s status and the evidence for it are given. Some words mean different things in different documents or sections; their entries are marked as collisions and gathered in a list near the end, which is followed by the acronyms. Mathematical symbols are on the Notation page and cited works on the References page.

Notation

This page lists the mathematical symbols of the Broken-Born program as its documents and this wiki use them: what each symbol means, which document defines it and which wiki page explains it, grouped by subject in the order of the wiki’s sections. The program’s central objects are written the same way in all the current documents: the reciprocity map ρ, the symplectic form ω, the neutral metric η, the generalized metric H, the modular field Z = X + iY and the dark-energy field τ. Many of their letters also serve other purposes. H is also the Hubble rate, ρ an energy density and X a parameter of the dark-matter calculations; g is a spacetime metric, a coupling constant and a magnetic charge; μ is a width in momentum in the dark-matter sector and a coupling constant in the toy models. The Collisions section near the end lists every letter with more than one meaning or convention, together with the suspected source errors that bear on them.

References

This page is the bibliography of the Broken-Born program and of this wiki: every work that the program’s documents or the wiki’s pages cite, grouped by subject. An entry gives the reference as the citing document writes it and the mark that document attaches to it: † for a reference recalled from model memory and not yet checked against the source, [S] for one retrieved by a live search during the project. It then says what the work is cited for, what checks have been made of it, and which wiki pages cite it. Works that the wiki itself added to explain established physics follow the documents’ references in each subject, all marked †. A mark records where a citation came from, not whether the cited work says what it is used for.
